Roxana, just go here http://polsonyouthsoccer.org/2011/10/spring-2012/ Print and fill out all forms and then you can drop them off somewhere or mail them to the address on the forms.

Is there some reason that the spring 2013 schedules aren’t posted here? There’s some green print that says ‘spring schedule 2013′ but it’s not a link and there appears to be no link. Frankly its about the only thing the parents actually need to know so one would intuit that the same would be a huge half-screen size button anybody could find.
