Spring Registration 2013

Registration for Spring Soccer is Open!

What: Spring Soccer is a more competitive soccer program than Fall Recreational League.  Teams will travel on many Saturdays between April and June.

Who: Players who want to play competitively, and are willing to travel.  Ages U9 – U19.  (See the Age Chart to determine your soccer age.)

When: Some teams begin practicing indoors after the first of the year.  Outdoor practice usually begins after the snow melts.  Games are April – June.

How: PYSA is hosting two sign up events: December 3 and January 8 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Polson High School Commons. You can also download the forms and send to P.O. Box 1337, Polson, MT 59860.  Registration deadline is January 15, 2013.  Registration forms will only be accepted at the sign up events or at P.O. Box.

Cost:   Academy (U9- U11) $230, Select (U12-U19) $290 (prices include uniform)

Registration is complete when the following are received:

• Signed Spring Registration – Medical Release Form

• Signed Parent – Player Code of Conduct Form
  

• Signed MYSA Concussion Form

• Completed Polson FC Uniform Order Form
  

• Payment or payment arrangement (PYSA offers payment plans and Financial Assistance)
